How much does strata cleaning cost in Perth?
Cost depends on building size, number of common-area surfaces, lifts and bin rooms, frequency, and access requirements. Most Perth strata cleans fall between $180 and $1,800 per visit. We provide a transparent, line-itemed quote within 48 hours of a site assessment.
How much does commercial or office cleaning cost?
Most office and commercial programs sit between $35 and $85 per hour on-site. Total cost depends on frequency, size, inclusions and consumables. We send a transparent quote within 48 hours of an on-site assessment.
How much does end of lease cleaning cost?
A small 1×1 apartment typically starts around $260; a 4-bedroom house runs $480–$720 depending on condition and carpet inclusion. We quote fixed prices for vacate cleans — no hourly creep.
What affects the cost of a clean?
The main factors: frequency, total floor area, number of bathrooms / kitchens / amenities, hard-floor type (some need specialist care), access difficulty, and any add-ons (carpet steam, windows, car park sweep). We list each in the quote so you can mix and match.

What does strata cleaning include?
Strata cleaning covers the regular cleaning of shared common areas — lobbies, stairwells, lifts, hallways, communal bathrooms, bin rooms and car parks. Inclusions are agreed up-front in your scope of works and reported on each visit.
What's included in a builders clean?
A builders clean (sometimes called sparkle clean) is the final detail before handover: all internal surfaces wiped, windows detailed inside and out, stickers and paint flecks removed, tile and grout detailed, light fittings cleaned, and a final presentation walk-through.
Can you clean after hours or weekends?
Yes — most of our commercial programs run after-hours or pre-opening so your team isn't disrupted. Weekend and overnight programs are available across all services.
Do you offer one-off or only regular cleaning?
Both. We have one-off vacate cleans, deep cleans and builders cleans alongside ongoing strata and commercial programs. There's no minimum visit number to engage us.

Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Every WestAus cleaner is police-checked before they step on site. Working with Children Checks are held for school and childcare contracts. Documentation is provided on request.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. $20M public liability insurance plus workers' compensation. Certificates of currency are available on request and we can be added as 'interested party' for client-required certificates.
Are you Cm3 prequalified?
Not currently. We carry $20M public liability cover, police-check every cleaner, and provide documented SWMS, insurance certificates and training records for site onboarding — the same evidence prequalification portals ask for. If your building requires Cm3 specifically, tell us at quote stage and we will be straight with you about where we stand.
Do you offer a satisfaction or re-clean guarantee?
Yes. If our scheduled clean misses anything in the agreed scope, flag it within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the affected area at no charge. For end-of-lease, the re-clean window is 72 hours.

What suburbs do you service in Perth?
We cover the entire Perth metropolitan area — from Joondalup in the north to Mandurah in the south, and the eastern corridor through Midland and Ellenbrook. Selected regional WA centres on contract.
Do you require a lock-in contract?
No long lock-ins. Our standard agreement is month-to-month after the first 90 days, so you stay because the cleaning is good — not because you signed something you can't get out of.
How fast can you start?
Standard mobilisation is 48–72 hours from contract sign-off. We can accelerate for urgent handovers and emergency cleans when crew availability allows.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. Our teams arrive with commercial-grade equipment and cleaning chemistry. Consumables (soap, paper, sanitiser) can be managed by us on a top-up arrangement if you'd prefer a single invoice.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Plant-based and biodegradable products are our default. We use hospital-grade disinfectants where compliance requires them (medical, childcare, infection-control).
